You know… I will be 50 in January !! This time for real. (for those who had read my previous blogs) And God has been doing some of the most amazing things for V and I that He had promised me by then ….. but He has also been requiring some of the amazing things from us !! He has had us plant more seed in finance, time, and almost every other way !! Which if you know anything about God, that means the HARVEST IS ON THE WAY! There are seasons for everything… but I have watched over and over through the years that when God gets ready to REALLY BLESS YOU… he requires from you !! Your obedience and heart will determine the level of your reaping!!
If you are stuck in the same spot and don’t know how to break through…. First and foremost seek God… then obey His Word….THE LAWS AND PRINCIPALS OF GOD WORK !! He does not have to show up and tell you again… WORK HIS WORD !
God said … SEEK AND YOU SHALL FIND…. So Seek ! …. KNOCK AND THE DOOR WILL BE OPENED…. so knock ! ….. ASK AND IT SHALL BE ANSWERED ….. see where i am going with this !! …. so ask!
… HE ALSO SAYS …. GIVE AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN UNTO YOU !!… PRESSED DOWN , SHAKEN TOGETHER AND RUNNING OVER WILL MEN GIVE UNTO YOU !! WHEN YOU GIVE GOD WILL HAVE… DID YOU HEAR ME… WHEN YOU GIVE, GOD WILL HAVE …MEN GIVE UNTO YOU!!!
GIVE WHAT !!! WHAT DO YOU NEED !! …. GIVE AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN … GIVE YOUR FINANCES—- WHAT !! YOU HEARD ME …. YOU WORK ALL DAY EVERY DAY TO ADD FINANCES..BUT GOD SAID …GIVE ME YOUR TITHES AND OFFERINGS AND I WILL REBUKE THE DEVOURER (stopping any form of devour in every area of your live !) FOR YOUR SAKE. …(this is the only time in scripture He says He will rebuke the devourer just for you .. when we give Him our Tithe. By the way the Tithe is 10% off the top of all your increase ! God gets His first !!) …. THEN GOD DOES NOT EVEN STOP AT REBUKING THE DEVOURER HE GOES ON TO SAY AND TRY ME NOW IN THIS ….. THAT HE WILL OPEN THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN AND POUR YOU OUT BLESSINGS THAT THERE IS NOT ROOM TO RECEIVE IT !!
LET’S NOT LIE… WE ALL WORK SO WE CAN BE PAID … SO WE CAN LIVE !! THE BEST WE CAN EVER DO WITH OUR FINANCES IS ADD. BUT GOD IS A MULTIPLYING GOD !! HE WILL DO WITH YOUR 10% WHAT YOU CANNOT DO WITH YOUR 90% !! HE WILL OPEN DOORS YOU CANNOT OPEN….AND MAKE A WAY WHERE THERE SEEMS NO WAY !!
I HAVE NEVER UNDERSTOOD HOW PEOPLE CAN TRUST BANKS THAT FAIL, INVESTMENT FIRMS THAT LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU on and on…. BUT YOU WILL NOT TRUST THE LIVING GOD WITH YOUR FINANCES !!
HOW STUPID IS THAT…YOU CAN TRUST HIM WITH YOUR ETERNAL SOUL BUT NOT YOUR MONEY !!!….. THEN YOU TELL ME WHO YOUR GOD REALLY IS ? DON’T LIE … ANYTHING YOU PUT ABOVE GOD IS YOUR GOD…. DID YOU HEAR ME … ANYTHING YOU WON’T OBEY HIM OVER YOU ARE PUTTING ABOVE HIM.. THAT IS THEN YOUR GOD !!! THAT IS WHY GOD SAID .. YOU CANNOT SERVE TWO MASTERS… THE LIVING GOD OR MONEY… YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE !!
BUT WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR MONEY IN OBEDIENCE TO THE WORD OF GOD AND SUBMIT IT TO THE LORD…. HE NOW MULTIPLIES IT BACK TO YOU !! THOUGH YOUR OBEDIENCE TO TITHE HE KNOWS THE MONEY DOESN’T OWN YOU …. HE DOES !! HE CAN NOW TRUST YOU WITH MORE !! … AND INCREASE IN EVERY AREA IS THE RESULT !!
OFFERINGS… ARE A HEART THING ! OFFERINGS IN FINANCE… TIME…. YOUR TALENT.. on and on….
OFFERINGS ARE LIKE SEEDS IN A FIELD… SOME SEEDS GIVE RETURN QUICKLY AND SOME TAKE TIME . BUT IN GOD THEY ALL PRODUCE !! DIFFERENT OFFERINGS= DIFFERENT SEEDS IN DIFFERENT FIELDS !! ….SO GIVE WHAT YOU NEED !! IF IT’S NOT ENOUGH TO BE YOUR HARVEST …. IT MUST BE YOUR SEED !!!
