The Life Dr.

Walking on the beach last night with my husband…talking and laughing…. waves crashing around our feet….breeze blowing…..looking out over the dimming horizon… and realizing how blessed we are !!

Sometimes we all get so hung up with what we have been striving to accomplish we overlook the best blessings !!

I just want to challenge everyone today to actually sit down and consider all the great things in your life…. for I will bet there are many that have just been overlooked or unappreciated !!

Let’s all start with the people who love and care for us !! There is nothing more enabling and encouraging than people who truly love and believe in you !!  If you cannot say you have that …. start there to build !!

I pray you all can experience the kind of love V and I have for each other..(that only comes in God) .. but I also pray you can experience the love and support we have had through our Sons and Daughters.. (natural and spiritual) ..grandchildren… and those who have decided to allow us the privilege of being their Pastors.

When a group of people care about each other and have a common purpose as a vision, the ride is AMAZING !!! When we are all together laughing, learning. worshipping … it is just so powerfully fulfilling.

Next, .. Let’s look at the simple pleasures of life !!  Have you remembered to enjoy them lately.  It doesn’t have to be a complicated or expensive event to be thoroughly enjoyed…it simply needs to be recognized !!

I could say it super spiritually and with great dignity ….. but I am going to say it like I was told one day years ago…. it cracked me up and got my attention… hope it does for you too.

PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR BUTT !!!!  ENJOY LIFE !!!
